Chocolate Brownie

This is the easiest way to make the ultimate chocolate brownie, or you can say traditional American Brownie. What's with the name if you can make a perfect and most delicious one?

Brownies come in a number of shapes and sizes, and their density can vary from fudgy to cakey. Mostly it's made with chocolate chips. Who doesn't love chocolate, from little to elder ones, everybody loves chocolate, and when it comes to brownies? Oh my! it's a blast! nevertheless, let's prepare today's dish, Moist Brownie with chocolate chips.


Ingredients:

  • good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped(200gm)
  • white sugar(350gm)
  • melted unsalted butter(170gm)
  • vanilla essence(1tsp)
  • all-purpose flour(120gm)
  • 2 large eggs(mildly beaten)


Procedure:

  • preheat the oven to 170degree Celsius, meanwhile mix the ingredients.
  • add dark chocolate, hot melted butter in a bowl, and mix it up until the chocolate melts. 
  • now add flour, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla essence and mix up all the ingredients until smooth.
  • take a tray and put baking paper in it.
  • pour the batter and put the tray in the oven for 30 min.
  • remove from the oven and let your brownie cool.
  • once cooled, cut it into squire shapes and have it!

 BBQ Baked Chicken On Pan in 15mins

It's an easy and quick recipe for all the chicken lovers out there! You can make this for your family on holidays to enjoy a great dinner or even casually when you get a craving for chicken bbq.

A barbecue may refer to the cooking process, the meat prepared in this manner, or a form of social gathering based around this form of preparation. Basically, you do this bbq outdoor but don't you worry, I am about to share the quickest way for you.


bbq baked chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 tablespoon salt or as per your test
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon of your fav bbq sauce

Procedure:

  • Rub the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, keep it aside.
  • Put olive oil and the minced garlic in a pan and let it cook for 2/3 min until it turns into light golden color.
  • Now add the chicken breasts into the pan and keep the flame medium-high. Toss and turn the chicken and cook it up for 7/8 min.
  • In another bowl add your fav bbq sauce, honey, and water, whisk it together.
  • After the chicken is cooked, add the sauce mix into the pan and let it cook for another 6min.
  • Meanwhile, toss and turn the pieces and mix them with the sauce.
  • Now serve it hot!

Chicken Chowmein

This recipe isn't a traditional Chinese one, but you'll definitely love it :

spicy chiken chowmein


Chow mein is a Chinese dish that consists of egg noodles and stir-fried vegetables. We like to provide a protein source, and our favorite is chicken, but you can add other meats or tofu. This dish is pan-fried to give the noodles a good crunch, then tossed in a delicious sauce.
Chicken is heaven. who doesn't love chicken! People of all ages like chicken. In my writing, I am going to share with you the easiest and quickest way to make a perfect chowmein recipe with the ingredients that you can easily find in your kitchen. 

Ingredients :

  • dried chowmein noodles 
  • chicken breast
  • 2cups of hot water
  • 2table spoon soy sauce
  • 1/2cup diced onion
  • 1table spoon garlic & ginger minced
  • 1table spoon salt
  • 1/2table spoon tasting salt
  • 1/3cup veg oil
  • 3eggs
  • 1cup carrots & bell pepper
  • celery

Procedure:

  • Boil 2packets of chowmein into hot water for 3 to 4mins. strain the water and pour cold water into the chowmein and strain it. put some oil on the boiled chowmein to keep it non-sticky. keep it aside.
  • Now let's prep the chicken. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Season the pieces with salt and soy sauce. Put veg oil in a pan. Stir up the chicken pieces and saute them. put the sauteed pieces in a small bowl.
  • Put a pan on the stove. Add 1/3cup of veg oil, keep the medium flame. Pour chopped onion. stir it and add the minced garlic & ginger. add eggs in it. put 1pich of salt. Stir the eggs until it becomes separately fried.
  • Add the chopped carrots and bell peppers. Add the boiled chowmein and put soy sauce and tasting salt. mixup the ingredients on medium flame. Stop the flame and put some chopped celery on it and voila!
  • Serve the dish and eat up!
